Fall Is Here

I feel like I don't do big girl crafts anymore.  Most of the time it involves kiddie crafts.  And most of the things I would like to try end up taking too long, and they end up in a closet somewhere.
But I love crafting!
I frequent craft blogs and dream of doing what they do.

Lately...for months now...I have been seeing these fabric rosettes EVERYWHERE.
They looked too complicated to even attempt to try.
But Saturday night, I looked up some tutorial...and oh my goodness...they are so easy!
Why have I not tried this before?

I made a trail rosette, and I was happy with it.

I could make a headband or a clippie or even a broach, but none of my girls (except Ella) where anything other than a rubber hair band.  I am not much of an accessory person myself.

But I did need a fall themed wreath for my front door.  I usually make my wreaths...and I like doing it...the ones you can buy are too expensive for me.

So I made this.  I love it!  I am sure I will make more, because this took so little time to make (30mins).
I have a bunch of scrap fabric I got from my grandmother awhile back, and I finally used it.

And I can't have a Monday post without posting a pic of this sweet little one.
