I AM 2

I know I have more kids than Sutton, but right now, she is pretty interesting...so here is another post about her.

She is 2 in every since of the word...or number.

She is more strong-willed and more vocal of her wants than Ella or Olivia ever were.

It was apparent since birth that she was going to be the one to pitch fits...I was right.  And since birth, when she started pitching her fit, I had to wait it out.  There was no calming her in anyway.  I would lay her down, let her scream, and when she was finished, I would feed, change or comfort her (comma over load in that last sentence).

In her 2 year old moments, you have to do the same.  Here she wanted me to put her on the counter top while I cooked, but I was finished.  I told her that I was finished, and I was going into the living room.

She didn't like that, so she ever so gently (seriously, she gently lays down) she lies on the floor.

*Side note:  I hope I got the correct form of "lie" in the last sentence correct...I always got it wrong in school.  And why I am so obsessed with my grammar tonight, I don't know.

She cried and screamed, hit at me and told me "NO!" many times.  

I walked away.  

She had her fit.

And then she admired her newly painted nails.

She was there for several minutes....just a lookin' away.

Even though she tries me more than the others...she is still stinkin' cute!!

I am pretty sure she will be my first to tell me she hates me when she is older.
