Despite the cold, rain, and INTENSE wind...and one kid falling in the river, frequent potty breaks, crying baby, getting kind of lost, and numb fingers and noses...we had a blast this weekend!
Alaska is a tough place to live and the weather doesn't always make it easy to get out of the house. It isn't sunny and 70 degrees all the time ( I wish). So, you just have to get over it and get outside. If you stay in all the time, you miss out on some of the best scenery in the world...and you miss out on some of the best memories in the world.

if you come here, about 6 miles down the road from us is a little little town named "Olivia". I'll have to take a picture of it one day and send it to you. every time we drive through their, i think of y'all.
We will so have to come visit! A lot of JT friends are being stationed there as well. There is also an Ella Bell, Georgia right outside of Savannah. And we will have to get Campbell's taken in Campbell, CA, where JT's mom is from.
