39 weeks

I hit 39 weeks yesterday. This is the week I have delivered both girls before. Of course every pregnancy is different, but I do expect to deliver this week. Maybe I shouldn't though because this pregnancy has been very different from Ella and Olivia.
I am very tired and weary. I am ready to have this baby and include her in our every day lives. I have been having contractions for almost a week now. They will be very consistent for several hours and then quit. One night they were very painful. I stayed at home because I knew if it was time, they would just get stronger...they quit too after several hours. It does get hard constantly timing contractions and getting your hopes up only to be disappointed that that wasn't it.
Ella had a conversation with her baby sister yesterday. She asked her when she was coming out. Ella then told me that she said she wasn't ready, she was waiting on Toto to get here. Well, my mom arrives tomorrow, so maybe she is waiting on her.
It will be nice when my mom gets here, because I can relax a little. I don't have to pack bags for the girls at night anymore just in case I go into labor during the middle of the night. My mom will be here to hold down everything and be there for them if they need anything.
I am 3 cm, so I do know that it is not too much longer. I am hoping my water breaks this time too, because with the baby in position to come out, it probably won't be a long labor.
Well, that is it for today. Hopefully, the next time I post we will have a little addition to the family. If not, I will post of what we have been able to do while my mom is here.
