I have no caffeine in my house! Am I crazy? Maybe. I am giving it up. Instead of starting my days with a diet coke, I am now starting my days with a tall glass of milk and a few Advil. I have kicked the habit before and I can do it again. Since JT is gone and I can't be tempted to go grab a Mountain Dew when the headache gets too bad, I figured this time I can do it. It will take me about a week before I start to feel better. This explains why I thought I thought I was getting a cold, it was just caffeine withdrawals...sad...very sad. This is usually the first step in losing weight for me. I did this after I had Ella. I started walking, started eating right and then gave up coke. I lost most of my baby weight. I had 10 pounds to go, and I got pregnant with Olivia. When JT deployed last time, I started walking again, eating right and I gave up coke. I lost 30 pounds!! Once I started drinking coke again, I didn't lose weight...coincidence? I think not. So, I am giving it up once again, eating right and once I get over this total body ache again, I will start on the exercising thing.
