I have come to except it. After everyone of my pregnancies, I gain weight. I am not sure why this is, but I do. This time around it has been no different. I was really hoping it would be, but even with breast feeding, I have still gained that weight. No matter what I do, exercise or dieting, I still can't lose a pound. It is very frustrating!
I have lost weight twice before, so I know I can do it. Recently(for the past 6 months), I have been thinking about how I lost that weight. So, I tried to implement those things, but it hasn't helped. As my frustrations grow, I lose my drive to even try. But over the past couple days, I have realized that I start losing the weight when the weather starts getting warmer, the baby starts crawling, and I take the pressure off myself to lose X amount of weight by X time.
I know this weight will come off, it has before. And when I start losing the weight, it comes off pretty fast. I just need to relax my expectations and start moving. All I ask is to be able to fit into my jeans again.

Keep your head up! According to The Biggest Loser - stress has lots to do with holding onto lbs. So it sounds like you're on the right track, taking pressure off yourself and just doing what you do diligently and seeing where it goes from there!
Good luck!!!
I am very sure stress has a lot to do with it. I bought the 30 day shred. I plan on taking it with me to Memphis and doing it at my mom's. Plus, with us going to the park a lot and just being able to be outside during the time there, I am pretty sure I will lose some without trying.
