Clothes Shopping

I may be the only girl that doesn't like to go clothes shopping. I don't do it well. I get discouraged easily, even when I was a teen I felt this way. But today I went shopping. Mom came with me to watch the girls while I tried some things on. I needed some new black pants, blue jeans and a few tops. I really didn't want to buy clothes because I am hoping that one day I will wake up and all this baby weight went away over night. I know, I know, it doesn't work like that, but a girl can wish. But when the weather has turned warm and you are wearing the same thing everyday, it is time to buy clothes. I went to GAP, because they are the only store I buy jeans from. When they say Long, they are long. I tried on 2 sizes bigger than I was before I got pregnant. To my surprise they fit. I really thought I was bigger than that. I still do not like the size I had to get, but it could be worse. Unfortunately, they do not carry that size in long in store. So, I bought the regular and rolled them up. It is spring, so that is no problem. I was able to get a few shirts that were on sale from winter. Since the summers are cool in Alaska, I can get away with wearing what I bought today during the summer.
I AM hoping my blue jeans are just too big tomorrow when I wake up. :)

I'm telling ya, clothes have a funny way of shrinking in your closet if you don't wear them in a while. Mine do that too! They're tricky.... :)
