3 months

On Monday, baby girl turned 3 months.  I would like to say that time has flown by, and in a way it has, but it has been a long 3 months.
She still doesn't sleep through the night.  She has no routine.  Every night and every day is different.
And she is still a screamer.

BUT
She isn't screaming as much.  She smiles all the time, she loves to be talked to.  She is very alert.  She is trying really hard to roll over.  She loves her sisters playing with her.

I also had to change/ give up some things I was eating.
I believe the reason she cried all the time was because of acid reflux.  The doctor said she didn't have it.  But when I walked in on her blue in the face from spit up, I started doing my own research.
She has a lot of the symptoms an acid reflux baby would have.  Since the doctor didn't believe me, and I am not a hug fan of medicine if it can be helped, I looked to see what I could do to help her.
She nurses on one side at a time to keep her tummy light.
She finally takes a pacifier and doesn't use me as one.  I was her for awhile, and she would get so mad when my milk would let down.

AND THE BIGGEST CHANGE....
no more dairy for me :(

When I drink milk, yogurt, ice cream or anything with a lot of dairy in it, her tummy hurts.
But since then, she has not had the problems she was having before.  I am thankful that it was a pretty easy fix.  I love a big glass of cold milk, but I can give that up for awhile.

She is so sweet and one day she will sleep through the night.

She is also allergic to chocolate.

I KNOW!!

IT IS HORRIBLE!!

I LOVE me some chocolate.
So, if you see a zit on my baby's cheek, you will know I gave into my weakness.

Goodnews for giving up dairy and chocolate, I lost a dress size in one week.  Pregnancy clothes...yes please!  Hopefully, Sutton's baby weight will fall off too.
I have never lost weight this soon after having a baby, I always gain it.
