It has been quite sunny this spring.

But the snow has been melting slower than normal...of course we got record breaking snow...so that is to be expected.

My kids have been itching to get outside in the front and play with chalk.  When the sidewalk was clear of water, we did.

We only play outside in the front in the mornings...otherwise we freeze out little tails off no matter what the temps are.  The shade it COLD!

This is a perfect picture of Spring. 

(Also, when the snow melts, it seems to uncover cigarette butts...we don't smoke.  Someone is throwing them in our area.)

I really wish I was able to take more pictures of the kids enjoying the day, but someone wouldn't stay on the blanket and play with her toys.

She was determined to get somewhere.

Yes, she was determined to play in the snow...over and over and over.  I finally just carried her around. It was easier than chasing her.  I wish I had gotten a picture of her after she crawled around everywhere...she was colorfully, dirty!

It was a good day.

I took training wheels off the older one's bikes. I am determined they both will learn to ride without training wheels...I have a couple of months before we see snow again.

Sutton didn't want the tri-cycle.  She wanted a big girl bike...luckily we had a small bike just her size.

Needless to say after trying to teach 3 kids how to ride bikes...I am tired.

Did I mention Campbell didn't sleep last night?  Oh...wait...she doesn't sleep!

Maybe tonight she will...but if she does, I won't tell...because we all know how that turns out.
