There is a girl in JT's physical therapy who has Lupus. She asked him to give these purple bracelets to us, and she wanted pictures to add to her website to help raise awareness of the disease. I don't know much about Lupus. But the purple butterfly is the symbol for it. You can read more about her and her journey here.
Here are a few photos and yes, I purposefully put Campbell in her purple butterfly shirt that we just happen to have.
I like to call this little collection "A Day in the Life of a Purple Bracelet for a Cause".
