We got our snow (about and inch) before Halloween...but not a drop more until recently.
It was strange. But I have come to conclude that you can never depend on the weather in Alaska. Every year, every season is different. So was the start of our winter. No snow...but seriously cold!! We stayed inside all the time. Thanksgiving happened...we had a Turducken (it was good). We put up Christmas. Then it snowed...and snowed. Which means I get to shovel...yay! While I don't mind 2-3 inches, a dumping of snow can really get to you. My husband can't shovel the snow, so he watches the kids while I do it. I think he would rather shovel the snow. ;) It is more quiet. But he feels horrible that I do it. So, he spent several hours on the phone (yes I was shoveling during this time) trying to find out how he can get on the snow shoveling service for the handicap. AND finally we did. I was so excited! I called them my angels.

The pictures that I have saved to my camera roll, I load them up in the app call Pic Jointer. then I save that to my camera roll and open in instagram.
YAY! I am SO thankful you don't have to shovel snow anymore!!
