Well, I wouldn't know. My dear friend Meagan called me yesterday asking about this earthquake that happened in Anchorage. I was thinking, "I didn't feel anything". As we were talking I looked it up in the news and sure enough there was one. It was a 5.4 with a 4.2 after shock(something like that). I mean surely I would have felt a 5.4, right? I didn't. I knew JT would have called had he felt it. After a little more reading, I found out that it was actually in Willow, AK, which is 92 miles north of here. No wonder I didn't feel anything!
My in-laws as well as my husband have been wishing an earthquake on me for some time. Especially, when we went to California to visit JT's side of the family.
Being from the south, we just don't get earthquakes. So, for me, they are scary. The thought of the earth shaking just doesn't sound like fun. I am not even sure I would attempt to get on an earthquake ride at an amusement park. I have been told that they just aren't that big of a deal. I am sure we will see what I think of them at some point. I can't imagine being here for 3 years and not feeling a little shake.

On the other hand, I have been back in CA for 8 years and I have felt the smallest of tremors only once. In fact, when it happened, I assumed I was wrong. I was in a classroom full of people and no one else noticed. So, you may get lucky!
