Last night it snowed again. I have shoveled the snow one other time in our new house. But it wasn't that bad. Not only do are we responsible for shoveling our driveway, but we have to shovel the parking spots in front of the house. Not everyone has to do the spots, just us lucky few who have them. The snow today was a good bit. It took me a hour and 15 minutes to do it. Sutton was sleeping and Ella and Olivia were coloring at the kitchen table, so I took the opportunity to do it before it all turned to ice. It warmed up to 30 degrees today and snow was melting. It is not easy work. I built up a good sweat and my glasses were falling off my face. Every muscle in my body hurt. I am sure I will feel it tomorrow too. Needless to say, I did not run today, nor did I need to.
Oh the joys of living in Alaska! I pray it doesn't snow for a little while, so I can rest a bit.
