Winner!

I am very proud of my husband!  He caught the winning fish in a Halibut fishing tournament for soldiers.

The halibut was 98.4 lbs.  And as you can see, almost as tall has he is...he is 6'2.

All I wanted was for him to bring back some halibut...I didn't expect him to win.

He was pretty shocked and you could tell in his voice...there was a lack of excitement and more shock.

Just incase anyone ever questions his fishing ability... he has won 19 of the 22 tournaments he has entered.  If he doesn't know the area or the fish...he researches and is always willing to learn.  He soaks up the information.

Like I said before in a previous post, fishing is his PASSION, and he knows/does it well.

Good job babe!  Thanks for bringing home the halibut and the "bacon".
